Process builder tool * Internet Explorer is required (version >= 6)

* Process builder has been tested on the following OS with success.
- Windows 98
- Windows NT 4
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
- Windows 7

* Do not work on:
- Win95

* Languages:
 - Not tested on non US/western European charset (iso-8859-1)
- only one charset usable for bilingual site
